This Privacy Policy explains how LeMichael Curry LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), which operates roomrentalblueprint.com and sells the Room Rental Blueprint and related products (the "Site" and "Products"), collects, uses, and shares information about you.
By using the Site or purchasing a Product, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Contact information — name, email address, and (if you provide it) phone number.
Billing information — billing name and address. Card details are entered directly into our payment processor's form. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers.
Communications — messages you send to us, including support and refund requests.
Optional submissions — survey responses, testimonials, case-study details, or other content you choose to share.
Information collected automatically
IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser type, device type, and operating system.
Pages viewed, referring URLs, campaign parameters (UTMs), time on page, and actions such as clicks, form starts, and purchases.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information in these situations:
Service providers that operate our business on our behalf, including our funnel, CRM, and email platform (HighLevel), our payment processor ( Stripe), our email delivery provider, and our analytics providers.
Advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — including hashed identifiers used to measure ad performance and build custom or lookalike audiences. Under some state privacy laws, this type of sharing for targeted advertising may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. See Section 6 for how to opt out.
Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or property.
Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember your session, measure traffic, and attribute conversions to advertising. This includes the Meta Pixel and server-side conversion tracking, which report events such as page views and purchases to Meta.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features, including checkout, may not function correctly if you do. You can also manage ad personalization directly with the platforms — for example, through your Meta ad preferences, or the industry opt-out tools at optout.aboutads.info and youradchoices.com.
5. Email and (If Applicable) Text Messages
When you purchase or opt in, you agree to receive transactional and marketing emails from us. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional messages related to a purchase you have made.
If you provide your phone number and consent to text messages, we may send you order-related and marketing texts. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
6. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, request a copy in a portable format, opt out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of your personal information, and appeal a denial of a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Residents of Texas, California, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights under those laws, including the right to appeal our decision on a request. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and you may contact your state Attorney General if you have concerns about the outcome.
7. Data Retention
We retain customer and transaction records for as long as needed to provide access to the Products, meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We retain marketing contact records until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.
8. Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect information, and payments are processed through a PCI-compliant provider. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Site and Products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.
10. Third-Party Links
The Site and Products may link to third-party websites, tools, or vendors we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own, and we are not responsible for them.
